Ordering/Sales

Sales out of a large assortment of records. Thousands of titles from approx. 8 different music fields are at your disposal. Every record appears one time only, a repeat order could only be placed for some records and nearly all records are used ones. Quality-classification and abbreviations are defined here.

  • Orders will be considered chronologically.
  • Actual replacement of offers will be done one time a week at least.
  • On demand a Proforma-Invoice (or Invoice) will be attached to the consignment.
  • Records already ordered are marked with a gearwheel on the left side and will be shown in the lists until payment has been effected; these records will be kept max. 2 weeks.
  • Dispatch follows the conditions of RARE VINYL ONLINE

Dispatch

RARE VINYL ONLINE also offers extensive service functions. Packaging of purchased items can be undertaken by RARE VINYL ONLINE, for a small fee plus the anticipated postage cost, on condition that the purchased items have been received through the seller's carrier option at the stock of RARE VINYL ONLINE. These costs have to be paid in advance.
In general dispatch will be effected by Post or private carriers in RARE VINYL ONLINE's option unless special contracts have been arranged. Actual prices can be taken from carrier's list and will be published for RARE VINYL ONLINE's own items only. For orders from foreign stores agreements will be made separately. Dispatch will be made in the name and account of RARE VINYL ONLINE or of sellers in the case of participation of commission. Collect and send it to RARE VINYL ONLINE with mouse-click. (Don't forget to insert your name/address). Furthermore, RARE VINYL ONLINE naturally accepts any order that reaches us through any means of communication that is convenient to both you and us. Please make sure that you include the item-no(s).; this makes the processing of your order much simpler for RARE VINYL ONLINE.

After entering an order you will receive a confirmation from RARE VINYL ONLINE. This includes the item price(s) and the total price as well as the dispatch costs. Already ordered items are marked with a gearwheel.The dispatch of the ordered item(s) takes place immediately following the payment

2. Postage and packing

Following agreement is valid:
Only the exact cost of postage and packing is required. Amounts, paid in excess, will be paid back immediately. 3. Delivery / Insurance

Delivery should be made as soon as possible upon acknowledgement of payment, at the latest 72 hours on working days (Monday to Saturday). Insurance only on demand.

4. Complaints

Complaints must be registered to RARE VINYL ONLINE within 7 days after receipt of goods for domestic consignments, 14 days for consignments within Europe, 21 days for overseas. When this period of time has been exceeded complaints will not be acknowledged by RARE VINYL ONLINE.

Commission

You list your treasures on the Web-Sites of RARE VINYL ONLINE, free of charge, available worldwide! Also here an agent's commission to be negotiated seperately.

Upon payment of the bidder and the appropriate notification, you can arrange the transfer of the items dispatch yourself. For this agency-work you pay a sliding-scaleprovision which is will be negotiated separately. For voluminous objects we could come to a special agreement. RARE VINYL ONLINE also arranges projects direct on site; dispatch would be organized by RARE VINYL ONLINE.

The titles will be inserted on exactly defined locations of the relevant music-fields, i.e. Rock/Progressive, Beat/Progressive, etc. The user can not identify stock- or commission-items. Every potential seller gets a separate main-number, and every title a running number. Upon registration a detailed list of titles will be issued and submitted in written form to the seller.A weekly update ensures that you can observe the progress of your valuable records. RARE VINYL ONLINE signs a purchase order in its own name with the potential buyer on behalf of the seller. RARE VINYL ONLINE undertakes to notify the seller immediately when payment is received and notification will usually be given at regular intervalls.

Functions of sellers

Seller submits to us a list in which all necessary facts including minimum price are stated clearly and workable for the RARE VINYL ONLINE. This could be handwritten, typewritten or in rare cases by phone.
